Fortune Cooking Food Truck

This week our subdivision hosted Fortune Cooking with Chef Tom – a food truck that blended of Asian cuisine with a creative flair. I went with the Thai beef. I usually crave good beef and broccoli or a Mongolian beef and this dish didn’t disappoint! The Thai beef wasn’t overly spicy but had a great flavor that distinguished itself from the usual beef and broccoli.

The white rice (I think it was jasmine) and the egg roll were good compliments to the Thai beef and broccoli.   

Fun Facts About Chef Tom

  1.  He has lived all over the world including Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, New York City and now Michigan.
