I’ll readily admin I’m not the best at consistently making hashbrowns on a skillet.
So I recently shifted to making a hashbrown based breakfast pizza that is simple, tastes great and makes an easy breakfast with only 1 pan to clean up.
Breakfast Sheetpan Pizza 
Breakfast of Champions
Great breakfast pizza - quick and easy all in 1 pan
30 oz Bag of hashbrowns
6 eggs
1 avocado
8 oz shredded cheese
½ lb turkey sausage or your favorite breakfast sausage

Preheat over to 400 degrees

Mix thawed hashbrowns and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil

Cook in over for 15-20 minutes until crispy

Top with eggs, avocado, spinach, scallions and pre-cooked turkey sausage

Cook until eggs firm up (approx 3 min)

Cut and serve
